Download and open Dondy. Click Automation page and Create Automation Flow.

1. Download and open Dondy. Click Automation page and Create Automation Flow.

2.For Flow Type, select Review Request. In the Review Request App option, choose CWILL Product Reviews. Fill in or select other fields as needed.

3. Once set up, users will receive a WhatsApp review request message.

4.After users leave a review, you can view the reviews collected via Dondy in CWILL Product Reviews → Manage Reviews.
