How review request emails handle multiple products in one order
When an order contains multiple products, CWILL sends one review request email per order, rather than separate emails for each product.
All products in the order are displayed together within the email. Each product includes its own review entry point, allowing customers to submit reviews for individual items directly from the email.
Separate Review Request Timing for Domestic and International Orders
Path: Collect Reviews > Email Request > Email Review Requests
Can now set different review request timing for domestic and international orders, allowing emails to better match regional delivery timelines.
Orders shipped to the merchant’s selected country are classified as domestic orders.
Orders shipped to all other countries are classified as international orders.
Can configure different email timing for each order type.
